The Command Palette provides quick keyboard-driven access to common actions and form navigation.
Opening the Command Palette
| Platform | Shortcut |
|---|---|
| Mac | Cmd + / |
| Windows/Linux | Ctrl + / |
The palette opens with the search input focused, ready for you to type.
Quick Actions
When you open the command palette, you'll see these quick actions (based on your permissions):
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| New Form | Create a new form |
| New Group | Navigate to group management |
| New User | Navigate to user management |
| Pending On Me | View submissions waiting for your action |
| Submissions | View all submissions |
| Clear Filters | Reset your submission filters |
| Filter by current form | Appears when you open the palette on a form's page - jumps to Submissions filtered to that form |
Start typing to filter the list. For example, typing "pend" will show only "Pending On Me".
Finding Forms
Below the quick actions, you'll see your six most recent forms (the ones you have access to; sub-forms and disabled forms are left out). Type to search all your forms by name.
When you select a form, the palette switches to show form-specific actions:

| Filter by this form | Jump to submissions filtered to this form |
