Every Flow Forms account has its own address - yourcompany.flowforms.app, or your organization's custom domain - and you sign in there, not at a shared login page. If you are not sure of yours, it is in your invitation email, or ask your administrator.
Standard Login
Enter your email address and password, then click Sign In to access your dashboard. Tick Remember me to stay signed in on your own computer.
If you have two-factor authentication set up, one more screen asks for the code from your authenticator app - or one of your recovery codes if you don't have the app to hand.
Password Reset
Forgot your password? No problem:
- Click the reset password link beside the Password field on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Check your email for a reset link
- Click the link and choose your new password
- You'll be redirected to login with your new credentials
If your sign-in is managed by your organization's identity provider, the reset request will tell you to contact your administrator instead - your password lives with them, not with Flow Forms.
Passwordless Login
Sign in without a password:
- Click "Sign in without a password"
- Choose email or phone number authentication
- Enter your email or phone number and click "Send Link"
- Check for a magic link (email) or text message (SMS)
- Click the link to instantly log in (valid for 30 minutes)
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Organizations can connect Flow Forms to Google, Microsoft, or Okta. When yours has, the login page leads with your organization's sign-in buttons, and the email and password form is tucked behind an Other Login Options button - most people never need it.
After You Sign In
Signing in from a device Flow Forms hasn't seen before can add one more step: a verification code sent to your email or phone. See Device Trust & Verification for how that works. Some accounts also require you to verify your email address or phone number the first time you sign in.
